7月30日,中共杭州市委十一届五次全体(扩大)会议召开。会议全面贯彻落实党的十八大和省、市党代会精神,按照习近平总书记重要指示和中央、省委关于生态文明建设的一系列要求,研究部署“美丽杭州”建设工作,审议通过了《关于建设“美丽杭州”的决议》和《“美丽杭州”建设实施纲要(2013~2020年)》,讨论了《“美丽杭州”建设三年行动计划(2013~2015年)》,动员全市上下以昂扬之气、创新之策、务实之举,扎实推进生态文明建设,努力建成美丽中国先行区。 On July 30, five sessions of the 11th Session of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC (Enlarged) were held. The meeting comprehensively implemented the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the provincial and municipal party congress and conducted research on the deployment and construction of “Beautiful Hangzhou” in accordance with the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the requirements of the Central Committee and Provincial Party Committee on the construction of ecological civilization. Passed the Resolution on Construction of a Beautiful Hangzhou and the Implementation Plan for Beautiful Construction in Hangzhou from 2013 to 2020, discussed the construction plan of the “Beautiful Hangzhou” Three-Year Plan of Action (2013 ~ 2015), "mobilize the city from top to bottom with high-spirited atmosphere, innovative policy, pragmatic move, solid ecological civilization construction, and strive to build a beautiful China’s first district.
