制备对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)改性戊二酸锌催化剂ZnGA150,采用元素分析、X射线衍射(XRD)和比表面积测试(BET)表征催化剂结构。结果表明,ZnGA150具有高的结晶度和大的比表面积。利用ZnGA150催化CO2和环氧丙烷(PO)共聚合反应,研究表明,ZnGA150具有高的催化活性,所得聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)的产率为73.3g PPC/g催化剂。红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和核磁共振谱(1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR)研究表明所得PPC具有完全交替结构。研究聚合反应条件,确定ZnGA150催化CO2和PO共聚合反应最佳条件为40h、60℃和5.0MPa。
Preparation of p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) modified zinc glutarate catalyst ZnGA150, the structure of the catalyst was characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and specific surface area (BET) The results show that ZnGA150 has high crystallinity and large specific surface area. ZnGA150 catalyzed the copolymerization of CO2 and propylene oxide (PO). The results show that ZnGA150 has high catalytic activity and the yield of PPC obtained is 73.3g PPC / g catalyst. Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR) studies have shown that the resulting PPC has a completely alternating structure. The conditions of polymerization were studied. The optimal conditions for the copolymerization of CO2 and PO catalyzed by ZnGA150 were determined as 40h, 60 ℃ and 5.0MPa.
