绍兴滨海大桥主桥为三跨连续半漂浮自锚式悬索桥,跨径布置为77.8+188+77.8=343.6 m,跨越曹娥江。索塔为“H”型索塔,主梁为流线形正交异性桥面板扁平钢箱梁,宽43.2m,高3.2m,总长342.6m,总重6200吨。宽幅大吨位钢箱梁采用多点自平衡步履式连续顶推施工,临时墩基本不承受水平荷载,施工成本低,速度快,自动化程度高,精度高,技术含量高,施工难度大,为今后我国类似桥梁钢箱梁的安装施工提供了一定的应用价值和参考价值。
The main bridge of Shaoxing Binhai Bridge is a three-span continuous semi-floating self-anchored suspension bridge with a span of 77.8 + 188 + 77.8 = 343.6 m spanning the Cao’e River. The pylon is a “H” type pylon. The main girder is a flat steel box girder with a streamline orthotropic bridge deck, which is 43.2m wide and 3.2m high with a total length of 342.6m and a total weight of 6200 tons. Wide and large tonnage steel box girder adopts multi-point self-balancing walking continuous jacking construction. The temporary pier basically does not bear horizontal load. The construction cost is low, the speed is high, the degree of automation is high, the precision is high, the technical content is high, and the construction is difficult. In the future, the installation and construction of the similar bridge steel box girder in our country will provide a certain application value and reference value.
