经济的持续发展,机电施工企业拥有更为广阔的发展空间。然而,受市场竞争日益激烈等因素的影响,机电施工企业的利润空间被不断压缩。机电企业积极开展成本精细化管理策略,是机电施工企业提升自身盈利空间的重要举措。本文结合自身实际管理经验,从分析当前机电施工企业成本管理中存在的问题,进而制定积极有效的精细化管理对策,以持续提升企业盈利水平。
