本文观察了幽门螺杆 菌(Hp)相关性胃十二指肠溃疡30例,采用病例自身前后对照。丽珠胃三联:枸橼酸铋钾0.22g,克拉霉素0.25g,替硝唑0.5g,疗程7天。服药前及停药4周后做胃镜检查、尿素酶试验及病理学检测后,二者Hp均阳性者定为Hp感染,均阴性定为Hp根除。30例均完成治疗和复查,依从性好。结果Hp根除率86.7％,临床症状显著改善,治疗1周上腹疼痛缓解率76.7％。Hp根除病人和Hp未根除病人的溃疡愈合率无显著差异(P>0.05),上腹疼痛缓解率有显著差异(P<0.01)。表明丽珠胃三联治疗Hp相关性胃十二指肠溃疡疗效可靠,安全性高,费用少,是较为理想的治疗方案。
In this paper, 30 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) were observed, using the case before and after their own control. Livzon stomach triple: bismuth potassium citrate 0.22g, clarithromycin 0.25g, tinidazole 0.5g, treatment for 7 days. Gastroscopy and urease test and pathological examination were performed before and 4 weeks after discontinuation. Both Hp and Hp were positive for Hp infection, and both were negative for Hp eradication. 30 cases were completed treatment and review, good compliance. Results Hp eradication rate of 86.7%, clinical symptoms improved significantly, 1 week treatment of epigastric pain relief rate of 76.7%. Hp eradication patients and Hp non-eradication patients ulcer healing rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05), epigastric pain relief rate was significantly different (P <0.01). Show Livzon stomach triple therapy Hp-related gastroduodenal ulcer reliable, safe, low cost, is the more ideal treatment.
