近些年建筑施工企业因“僧多粥少”,我们饱经市场竞争的压力,使我们深深感到没有自己的特色就不会赢得用户,没有良好的企业形象就不能占领市场。方方面面的经验告诉我们:大胆借鉴和吸收国内外先进的经营思想和管理经验,导入“CI”战略,已经成为我公司强化内部管理,求得生存和发展的刻不容缓的新课题。 一、两个文明建设成果为导入CI战略提供了基础保证 CI战略既然是现代管理中的一项系统工程,就要有其导入的基础。我公司通过几年来两个文明的建设,已经具备了三个基础。
In recent years, due to the fact that “the construction industry is less plentiful”, we have experienced the pressure of market competition, which makes us deeply feel that without our own characteristics, we will not win users. Without a good corporate image, we cannot occupy the market. Our experience in all aspects tells us that boldly drawing on and absorbing advanced business ideas and management experience at home and abroad and introducing the “CI” strategy have become a pressing task for our company to strengthen internal management and achieve survival and development. First, two civilized construction achievements provide basic guarantees for the introduction of CI strategy. Since CI strategy is a systematic project in modern management, it must have a basis for its introduction. Our company has achieved three foundations through the construction of two civilizations over the past few years.
