神经源性膀胱及其可能导致的并发症严重影响了患者的生活质量，采用合适的评估工具评估患者的生活质量，对临床护理措施的制订和促进患者的康复具有重要意义。本文对神经源性膀胱患者生活质量评估的重要性和7种特异性评估工具进行综述，阐述各评估工具的测评内容、评分方式、信效度、应用现状及优缺点等，旨在为神经源性膀胱患者的生活质量相关研究和临床评估工具的选择及研制提供参考。“,”Neurogenic bladder and its possible complications seriously affect patient's quality of life. The use of appropriate assessment tools to assess quality of life of patients is of great significance to the formulation of clinical nursing measures and to promote the rehabilitation of patients. This article reviews the importance of the assessment of quality of life of patients with neurogenic bladder and 7 specific assessment tools, and elaborates the assessment content, scoring method, reliability and validity, application status, advantages and disadvantages of each assessment tool, so as to provide a reference for quality of life related research, the selection and development of clinical assessment tools in patients with neurogenic bladder.
