用冲击波处理共沉淀法制备的氧化铁与氧化锌混合物合成了铁酸锌,用XRD、TEM和电子衍射法对这种产品进行了鉴定.与传统的高温焙烧法相比,这种产品的特点是其颗粒尺寸为纳米级.主要原因可能在于冲击波的作用时间极短,因此生成的铁酸锌不会生长成为完整的晶粒.由此可以认为,冲击波处理可能是一种制备复合金属氧化物的纳米粉体的新方法.
Zinc ferrite was synthesized by a mixture of iron oxide and zinc oxide prepared by coprecipitation method using shock wave. The product was identified by XRD, TEM and electron diffraction. Compared with the traditional high-temperature roasting method, this product is characterized by its nano-particle size. The main reason may lie in the very short duration of the shock wave so that the resulting zinc ferrite does not grow into a complete grain. It can be considered that shock wave treatment may be a new method for preparing nano-powders of composite metal oxides.
