1995年1月至1997年12月,我院采用光量子血氧疗法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)92例,效果满意,现报告如下。 一般资料:本组病例均符合1989年山东济南新生儿会议诊断标准。男58例,女34例;胎龄35~40周42例,≥41周50例。体重2600~3800克34例,~4000克38例,>4000克20例。日龄:生后0.5~12小时32例,~24小时40例,>24小时20例。全部病例均有窒息史,深昏迷20例,浅昏迷34例,嗜睡26例,反射迟钝12例,惊厥84例,双眼凝视78例,四肢肌张力高58例,呼吸>60次/min68例,<30次/min10例,双肺湿罗音74例。颅缝分离78例。24小时后头颅CT检测:散在局灶低密度影分布于2个脑中24例,低密度影超过2个脑叶灰白质对比模糊48例,弥漫低密度影灰白质界限消
From January 1995 to December 1997, 92 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were treated with light quantum oximetry in our hospital, with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. General Information: This group of patients are in line with the diagnostic criteria of Shandong Jinan Neonatal Meeting in 1989. 58 males and 34 females; gestational age 35 to 40 weeks in 42 cases, ≥ 41 weeks in 50 cases. 34 cases were 2600 ~ 3800 g in weight, 38 cases were ~ 4000 g, and 20 cases were> 4000 g. Age: 32 cases of 0.5 ~ 12 hours after birth, ~ 24 hours in 40 cases,> 24 hours in 20 cases. All cases were asphyxiated, 20 cases of deep coma, 34 cases of shallow coma, 26 cases of drowsiness, 12 cases of drowsiness, 84 cases of convulsions, 78 cases of binocular gaze, 58 cases of limb muscle tension, breathing> 60 beats / min68 cases, <30 times / min10 cases, lung wet rales in 74 cases.
