中国古代兵家思想是我国古代管理思想的重要组成部分,其蕴涵了丰富的管理思想和理论、管理智慧与艺术等重要内容,其思想对现代企业人力资源管理有着重要的借鉴及实践作用。本文从人力资源管理理论的发展出发,把我国的现实情况和兵家人才管理思想结合起来,找出我国人力资源管理实践中存在的问题并进行分析,提出建立符合我国国情的、科学的人力资源管理方法,最终总结出古代兵家思想对现代人力资源管理的启示。
The ancient Chinese military strategist is an important part of ancient Chinese management thought, which contains rich management thoughts and theories, management wisdom and art and other important contents. Its thinking has an important reference and practical function to the modern enterprise human resources management. Based on the development of human resource management theory, this article combines the reality of our country with the thinking of military personnel management to find out the problems in our country’s human resource management practice and analyze them. It is proposed to set up a scientific human resource management Methods, and finally summarizes the enlightenment of ancient military strategists on modern human resources management.
