过去的10多年中,各国都建立起完整的EPI体系。免疫体系的重点放在发展中国家,其重点目标是尽快扩大免疫覆盖面.各国的免疫计划,除得到本国还得到国际联盟的大力支持。现在,确定的1岁法定年龄儿童的保护性免疫目标,大部分已取得成功。
In the past 10 years, all countries have established a complete EPI system. The immunization system focuses on developing countries with the key objective of expanding immunization coverage as soon as possible, and national immunizations, with the exception of getting their own country and strong support from the League of Nations. Most of the targeted protective vaccination goals for 1-year-old children of legal age have now been largely successful.
