我们发现用于4125A 型发动机的 BII4—000—75型喷油泵和用于4115T 型发动机的 BII4—000—4115T型喷油泵,使用中有断裂现象。断裂的部位大多是在与花键轴套相接合的圆锥部分处。经分析,主要原因是花键轴套与花键联接盘(见附图)的键顶配合间隙
We found a BII4-000-75 fuel injection pump for the 4125A engine and a BII4-000-4115T fuel injection pump for the 4115T engine engineered to fracture during use. The location of the fracture is mostly at the conical portion that engages the spline bushing. After analysis, the main reason is the spline sleeve and spline coupling plate (see photo) key top with the gap
