本文主要从经营、财务、内控管理视角,紧密结合本公司域外项目管理的实际,对钻井项目管理内容进行分析,然后进一步探讨项目管理人员所应具备的素质和条件及域外钻井项目的信息化管理、内部控制落实,最后对管理层需要注意和解决的细节问题,进行归纳总结。笔者试图通过此文,探寻石油钻井工程域外项目优良管理的新途径,以期抛砖引玉,为类似外部市场项目管理提供有价值的参考。
This article mainly analyzes the management content of drilling project from the perspectives of operation, finance and internal control management and closely integrates with the actual management of overseas projects of the Company. Then it further explores the qualities and conditions that project managers should have and the information management of offshore drilling projects , Implement internal control, and finally summarize the details that management needs to pay attention to and solve. Through this article, the author attempts to explore new ways for the excellent management of extra-territorial projects in oil drilling projects in order to provide valuable references for project management in similar external markets.
