以相变理论、热弹塑性理论为基础 ,根据激光热处理加热、冷却速度快的特点 ,建立了考虑热物性系数及相变过程的非线性热传导方程。该方程能较好地反映马氏体相变特征。应用有限单元法和有限差分的混合解法对平板材料激光淬火过程的瞬态温度场进行了计算。在计算温度的同时 ,计算了马氏体量的分布 ,进而确定激光硬化区的形貌。计算结果与实验结果对比表明 ,此项理论研究有一定实用价值
Based on the theory of phase change and thermo-elasto-plastic theory, according to the characteristics of heating and cooling by laser heat treatment, a nonlinear heat conduction equation considering the coefficient of thermal properties and the phase transition is established. The equation can better reflect the martensitic transformation characteristics. The transient temperature field of the plate laser quenching process was calculated by the hybrid method of finite element method and finite difference method. While calculating the temperature, the distribution of the amount of martensite is calculated, and then the morphology of laser hardening zone is determined. Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results shows that this theoretical study has some practical value
