船舶电力推进系统具有许多传统推进系统不可比拟的优势,是国内外船舶制造行业研究的热门。开展船舶电力推进系统的建模和仿真研究,再现系统的稳态及动态工作过程,揭示系统的内在规律,对于指导船舶电力推进系统的设计和使用具有现实意义。以武汉理工大学船舶电力推进实验装置为研究对象,分析了系统的组成、特点及工作原理。主要介绍舰船电力推进变频调速实验系统设计中所涉及的关键问题和技术要点,包括系统技术方案的总体设计、变频器的选择与控制、变频调速系统工作原理、变频器的运行设置、过程数据PZD的连接等.
Ship electric propulsion system has many traditional propulsion system incomparable advantages, is the study of shipbuilding industry at home and abroad. Carrying out the modeling and simulation research of marine electric propulsion system, reproducing the steady-state and dynamic working process of the system and revealing the inherent rules of the system are of practical significance for guiding the design and use of marine electric propulsion system. Taking Wuhan Electric Power University as a research object, this paper analyzes the composition, characteristics and working principle of the system. This paper mainly introduces the key problems and technical points involved in the design of the experimental system of naval power propulsion frequency conversion speed regulation, including the overall design of the system technology scheme, the selection and control of the frequency converter, the working principle of the variable frequency speed regulation system, the operation setting of the frequency converter, Process data PZD connection and so on.
