中专学生系少年后期,生长发育加快;特别是男生,骨骼、肌肉的生长发育和身高显著增加。因此,如何全面加强身体训练,促进技术技能的提高,培养他们自觉的锻炼习惯,奠定终身体育的思想,这就要求体育教师根据学生的生理、心理特点的需要,对不同形态、技能、素质、运动水平的学生,按照教学原则,因材施教,确定合理的强度和运动量,在教学过程中制定出切实有效的方法。
