纤维素、微晶纤维素、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)组合物及其制备方法,涉及PPC/纤维素复合材料及制备方法。PPC/纤维素复合材料由PPC、纤维素或微晶纤维素、封端剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂、热稳定剂、增塑剂和生物降解促进剂组成。制备方法是将混合物冷混,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒再热压成型。本发明解决了PPC力学强度低、耐热性差的问题,添加纤维素或微晶纤维素也使得PPC/纤维素复合材料仍为可生物降解的高分子材料,其制备方法
Cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, poly propylene carbonate (PPC) compositions and methods of making the same, to PPC / cellulose composites and methods of making the same. PPC / Cellulose Composites consist of PPC, cellulose or microcrystalline cellulose, capping agents, lubricants, antioxidants, heat stabilizers, plasticizers and biodegradation accelerators.
