目的探讨我院4例医疗纠纷,提高医务人员的业务水平。方法选取2005~2006年医疗纠纷4例。结果二例经在本院治疗后痊愈,一例外院治疗,另一例未造成其他后果。经医务科与患者自行协商后,予以妥善处理。结论医务人员本身的素质,医疗服务流程的缺陷,医疗服务的范围认识不清,人员调动过频等因素都是造成医疗纠纷的原因。加强医务人员的思想教育,严格执行医院的服务流程,努力提高业务水平,是避免医疗纠纷的关键所在。
Objective To investigate 4 cases of medical disputes in our hospital and improve the medical staff’s professional level. Methods Select 4 cases of medical disputes from 2005 to 2006. Results Two cases were cured after treatment in our hospital, one case was treated in another hospital, and the other cases did not cause other consequences. After medical department and patient self-consultation, be properly handled. Conclusion The factors such as the quality of medical staff, the defect of medical service process, the unknown scope of medical service and the frequency of staff transfer are all the causes of medical disputes. Strengthening the ideological education of medical personnel, strictly implementing the service flow of the hospital and working hard to improve their business level are the keys to avoiding medical disputes.
