目的探讨心功能不全患者心率变异性（HRV）的规律及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析2007年2月~2010年2月我院住院的55例心功能不全患者及20例正常人的心率变异性（HRV）进行24h动态心电图

目的探讨心功能不全患者心率变异性（HRV）的规律及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析2007年2月~2010年2月我院住院的55例心功能不全患者及20例正常人的心率变异性（HRV）进行24h动态心电图记录,对所获的资料用Hotter分析系统进行处理。结果心功能不全程度越重,平均心率逐渐增加,而HRV的各项指标则逐渐降低,但只有心功能Ⅲ级及Ⅳ缴组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对心功能不全患者进行HRV分析,有助于判断其自主神经受损的程度,为临床判断预后提供一个重要指标。
