目的分离筛选出一株对甲胺磷敏感的双歧杆菌菌株。方法双歧杆菌菌株传代筛选,取一系列浓度(4.0、2.0、1.0、0.5和0.25μg/mL)的甲胺磷农药标准溶液30μL加入含TPY液体培养基的检测管溶液内,双歧杆菌菌株接种到检测管内,37℃厌氧培养12h,测定检测管液体吸光度(A)值。结果筛选一株甲胺磷敏感的短双歧杆菌菌株LJM-006,微生物抑制法的最佳接种浓度为107 CFU/mL,最低检测限为0.5mg/L。结论筛选出一株甲胺磷敏感的双歧杆菌LJM-006菌株,并可作为微生物法检测甲胺磷残留的菌株。
Objective To isolate and screen a strain of Bifidobacterium that is sensitive to methamidophos. Methods Bifidobacterium strains were passaged and selected. A series of standard solutions of methamidophos pesticides (4.0, 2.0, 1.0, 0.5 and 0.25 μg / mL) were added to the test tube solution containing TPY liquid medium. Bifidobacterium strain Inoculated into the test tube, 37 ℃ anaerobic culture 12h, test tube liquid absorbance (A) value. Results A methamidophos-sensitive Bifidobacterium breve LJM-006 was screened. The optimal concentration of methamidophos was 107 CFU / mL and the limit of detection was 0.5 mg / L. Conclusion A methamidophos-sensitive Bifidobacterium LJM-006 strain was screened and could be used as a strain for the determination of methamidophos residues by the microbial method.
