本文扼要地叙述石油钻机液力变矩器工作油的几种冷却方式,并结合研制的实际情况,从设计计算、厂内试验和油田的工业性试验情况,分析其利弊。从中得出最佳的冷却方式,以确保液力变矩器的可靠性。并就如何科学地评价液力变矩器的可靠性给予了简要说明。
This article briefly describes several cooling methods for oil in hydraulic torque converter of oil drilling rig, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages from the design calculation, factory test and field test of oilfield combined with the actual situation of development. From which the best cooling method is derived to ensure the reliability of the torque converter. And gives a brief description on how to scientifically evaluate the reliability of the torque converter.
