港工和海工钢结构物潮差段和浪溅区的腐蚀危害性极大,一向为国内外防腐工作者和使用部门所关切。本文从包复金属和非金属材料,特殊装置的电化学保护及耐海水用钢等方面,综合介绍国外近十年来在防腐方面的新材料、新技术、新经验及研究成果和发展方向。文中对包扎矿脂防锈带加合成橡胶护套(或玻璃钢护套)、包扎聚氯乙烯带及漂浮阳极防护法等新技术,作了较详细介绍;对近些年来国外研制成功并已商品化的几种港工和海工常用的耐海水结构钢的性能、特性、规格和适用范围及优缺点,也作了比较和说明。
Harbor workers and offshore steel structures tide zone and wave splash zone corrosion of great danger, has always been for domestic and foreign anticorrosion workers and the use of departments concerned. In this paper, the new materials, new technologies, new experiences, research achievements and development direction in anticorrosion of foreign countries in recent ten years are comprehensively introduced from the aspects of cladded metal and nonmetal materials, electrochemical protection of special devices and seawater resistant steel. In this paper, bandaging petrolatum anti-rust zone plus synthetic rubber sheath (or fiberglass sheath), bandaging polyvinyl chloride tape and floating anode protection and other new technologies, made a more detailed description of the successful development of foreign countries in recent years and has merchandise The performance, characteristics, specifications, applicable range, advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of sea-resistant structural steel commonly used by Hong Kong workers and marine workers are also compared and explained.
