流程再造,不是对原有流程的全盘否定和简单抛弃,而是流程在新陈代谢过程中的扬弃,是对已有流程中积极因素的继承和发扬,消极因素的抛弃。农发行信贷业务流程再造,是对银行信贷管理理念、信贷组织结构、运作机制和业务手段等方面的改造。本文在分析农发行现行信贷业务流程的基础上,借鉴商业银行信贷业务流程再造的主要做法,对农发行信贷业务流程再造提出一些对策建议。
Process reengineering is not a total negation of the original process and a simple abandonment, but a sublation of the process in the process of metabolism, which is a rejection of the succession and development of the positive factors in the existing processes and the negative factors. The reconstruction of ABC’s credit business process is a transformation of banking credit management philosophy, credit organization structure, operational mechanism and business methods. On the basis of analyzing the current credit business process of ADBC, this paper draws lessons from the main practices of commercial bank credit business process reengineering, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on credit business process reengineering.
