选用未经产雌性昆明种小鼠,取未孕及孕4~8d 的子宫作切片,用免疫组化染色及图像分析法观察着床前后子宫内膜中层粘连蛋白(LN)和纤连蛋白(FN)的分布状况及含量变化,探讨它们与着床过程的相关关系。结果显示,在未孕子宫,LN 主要分布于各类上皮基膜中,FN 存在于基膜和基质细胞之间;着床前后,各类上皮基膜中LN、FN 含量明显增多,与未孕小鼠差异有显著性。随着蜕膜发育,蜕膜细胞周围出现LN 和FN,呈不甚连续的线样膜环绕蜕膜细胞。LN 及FN 在着床前后子宫内膜中表达增多,提示这两种物质与着床过程及蜕膜细胞的功能有关
Uterus from unfertilized pregnant women and from 4 to 8 days of pregnancy were selected for the study. Immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were used to observe the expression of laminin (LN) and fibronectin (LN) in the endometrium before and after implantation FN) distribution and content changes, to explore their relationship with implantation process.
