西洱河一级电站1~#岔管是一个管径4米、运行压力高、结构复杂的大型月牙岔管。一般钢材难于满足要求,经冶金部钢铁研究院推荐,决定采用太原钢铁厂生产的屈服强度为70kg/cm~2级的MnMoNbB新钢种制作。为保证岔管的制作质量,我们先后进行了下料前的母材表面100%的磁力探伤、母材内部100%超声探伤及所有制作安装焊缝的100%超声探伤。
The 1st ~ # branch pipe of Xi’erhe first grade power station is a large crescent bifurcation pipe with a diameter of 4 meters, high operating pressure and complicated structure. General steel difficult to meet the requirements, recommended by the Ministry of Metallurgical Iron and Steel Research Institute, decided to use Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant production yield strength of 70kg / cm ~ 2 grade MnMoNbB new steel production. In order to ensure the production quality of bifurcated pipe, we conducted 100% magnetic inspection on the surface of the base metal before blanking, 100% ultrasonic testing on the base metal and 100% ultrasonic testing on all production and installation welds.
