介绍了水布垭电站主变冷却器控制系统硬件组成及配置特点,着重阐述了应用高性能PLC及变频技术实现自动跟踪变压器油温和负载综合投切冷却器的控制策略与PLC软件设计方法;该系统克服了传统变压器强迫油循环风冷却器控制装置存在的缺陷,实现了冷却系统无级调速的智能化控制。
This paper introduces the hardware configuration and configuration characteristics of main variable cooler control system of Shuibuya Hydroelectric Power Station, and emphatically expounds the control strategy and PLC software design method of automatic tracking transformer integrated with oil temperature and load with high performance PLC and frequency conversion technology. The system overcomes the defects of the traditional transformer forced oil circulation air cooler control device and realizes the intelligent control of the stepless speed regulation of the cooling system.
