通过对高管团队内部薪酬差距与公司绩效关系的文献进行回顾研究,揭示了已有实证文献中存在的不足之处。指出了两者关系的未来研究方向,即建立模型来分析两者之间内在作用的机制,探讨薪酬差距影响公司绩效的途径。在学术理论研究上,理论界存在着锦标赛理论和行为理论两种观点。现在,理论界还存在着第三种观点,即“权变”理论。
By reviewing the literature about the relationship between executive pay and corporate performance, this paper reveals the shortcomings in the existing empirical literature. Points out the future research direction of the relationship between the two, that is, establishing a model to analyze the mechanism of the intrinsic role between the two, and discussing the ways in which the pay gap affects corporate performance. In the academic research, theoretical circles exist two kinds of views: Championship Theory and Behavioral Theory. Now, theorists still have a third view, that is, “contingency” theory.
