电子商务随着信息技术的迅猛发展已逐渐成为交易及商务路径的一种新手段,并且以前所未有的速度进入了各个领域,包括旅游传统业务。中国有极为多样化的旅游资源,每年大批国内外游客前往中国旅行,目前,中国是最有潜力的旅游市场,呈现发展规模最大,增长速度最快的趋势。将电子商务应用到旅行社,不仅可以大大减少旅行社的运营成本,提高旅行社员工的积极性,做到更好地为客户服务,让旅客更方便地接触到旅行社的新产品,从而促进旅游业的发展,因此旅游电子商务是必然的选择。
With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has gradually become a new means of trading and business path, and has entered various fields at an unprecedented speed, including the traditional travel business. China has extremely diverse tourist resources. Every year, a large number of domestic and foreign tourists travel to China. At present, China is the most potential tourism market with the largest scale of development and the fastest growth rate. The application of e-commerce to travel agencies can not only greatly reduce the operating costs of travel agencies, improve the enthusiasm of travel agents, and serve the customers better so that travelers can more easily access the new products of travel agencies so as to promote the development of the tourism industry. Therefore, travel e-commerce is an inevitable choice.
