In this paper, we analyzed the chromosomal translocation of differentiated spermatogonial stem cells and the polyglutamine of primary spermatocytes in metaphase-metaphase Ⅰ of C57BL mice after 60 days irradiation with 0-4 Gy X-ray. Both indicators of the amount of distortion increased with increasing doses. Weighed method with the statistical fitting y = a + bD + CD ~ 2 relationship is the best.
