为了更为全面、客观地对医生进行评价,本文简要阐述了利用医院信息网络分别建立网络内外科临床医师绩效评价指标体系,继而通过网络数据采集实现临床医师绩效评价的过程。并分析了利用医院信息系统对临床医师进行绩效评价的优势。
In order to evaluate the doctor more comprehensively and objectively, this article briefly describes the process of using the hospital information network to establish the performance evaluation index system of intra-and-cyber surgeons, and then to realize the clinician’s performance evaluation through the network data acquisition. And analyzed the advantages of using hospital information system to evaluate the performance of clinicians.
