多年实践证明,茄秧割茬再生栽培是一项提高产量、降低生产成本、增加经济效益、调节茄子淡旺季的有效措施。一、割茬时期茄子在春秋两季价格高而产量低,而进入盛夏为高产低价期,另外茄子的主根茄、门茄、四面斗茄果实生长大,茄秧上部茄果小。通过割秧再生,可将高产低价期向后推迟30～40天。
