放眼全球,人类社会正在快速进入一个崭新的智慧城市时代。从10年前“智慧地球”概念的提出,到今天转化为智慧城市的战略和行动,智慧技术正引起广泛的重视,并日益融入人们的生产和生活,与人们息息相关。近年来,美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、欧盟都相继修订、充实或提升了智慧城市建设内容,采取了一系列更加具体、更富战略性的措施,推进智慧产业发展、提高智慧生活质量、提升智慧治理水平。
Looking global, human society is rapidly entering a new era of smart cities. From the proposal of “the concept of a smart earth” 10 years ago to the strategy and action of today’s transformation into a smart city, smart technology is attracting wide attention and being increasingly integrated into the people’s production and life. In recent years, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and the EU have successively revised, enriched or upgraded the content of smart city construction and adopted a series of more specific and more strategic measures to promote the development of the smart industry and enhance the quality of intellectual life and enhance Wisdom governance level.
