致歉言语行为是人际交往中一种非常重要的言语行为,它具有弥补受歉方的补偿需要、平复致歉方的不安心理、修复双方的人际关系等功能。在功能认知的基础上,我们将致歉言语行为分成利人致歉、利己致歉、双赢致歉和虚拟致歉四种类型。
Apology Speech act is a very important verbal act in interpersonal communication. It has the functions of compensating the apology party, restless psychology of calm apologize party and repairing the interpersonal relationship of the two parties. On the basis of functional cognition, we divide apology speech into apologies, self-serving apologies, win-win apologies and virtual apologies.
