针对重油催化裂化汽油中异构硫醇、高级硫醇含量较高的特点,在无碱液脱臭法的基础上,开发了MCSP脱臭工艺。对MCSP脱臭工艺与Merox常规固定床脱臭工艺、无碱液脱臭工艺的脱臭效率、催化剂使用寿命进行了比较。结果表明,MCSP脱臭工艺不仅脱臭效率高、催化剂寿命长,而且能使生产投资大幅度降低,无废碱液排放。并对MCSP脱臭工艺原理、工业应用情况及经济效益进行了简介和分析。
For the characteristics of isomerized mercaptans and higher mercaptans in heavy oil FCC gasoline, MCSP deodorization process was developed on the basis of alkali-free liquid deodorization method. The deodorization efficiency of MCSP deodorization process and Merox conventional fixed bed deodorization process, alkali-free liquid deodorization process and the service life of the catalyst were compared. The results show that the MCSP deodorization process not only has the advantages of high deodorization efficiency and long catalyst life, but also greatly reduces production investment without waste lye discharge. And MCSP deodorization process principle, industrial application and economic benefits were introduced and analyzed.
