我院空勤灶38年未发生食物中毒。主要做法和体会是:(1)改建食堂卫生设施,为空勤灶创造符合卫生学要求的内外环境;(2)狠抓饮食卫生管理,建立健全各项饮食卫生制度,加强夏秋季及重大节日期间的饮食卫生管理;(3)采取多种形式进行营养与饮食卫生宣传教育。
Our hospital airborne stove 38 years without food poisoning. The main practices and experiences are as follows: (1) rebuild the canteen sanitation facilities and create an internal and external environment that meets the hygiene requirements for the air-condiments; (2) pay close attention to the management of food hygiene and establish and improve various food hygiene systems to enhance the summer and autumn seasons and major holidays Of the food hygiene management; (3) take a variety of forms of nutrition and food hygiene education.
