从高速钢刀具的强韧化机理出发 ,总结了目前国内外高速钢刀具的强韧化技术的研究现状 ,指出当前用于强化高速钢刀具的主要方法有 :常规热处理技术、表面涂层技术和激光表面处理技术 ,分析比较了各种强化方法的优缺点 ,指出今后工作的重点在于优化当前技术的工艺参数 ,改进设备 ,以达到优质、高效、低成本的加工目标 ,同时提出可操作性强、性价比高的新型高速钢刀具强化技术是当今科研工作者关注的重点。将多种处理技术结合起来形成复合强化技术 ,充分利用各自的特点 ,优势互补 ,以达到最佳的处理效果 ,将是今后高速钢刀具强韧化处理研究的新思路。
Based on the theory of strengthening and toughening of high-speed steel tools, the present research status of the toughening technology of high-speed steel tools in China and abroad is summarized. The main methods currently used to reinforce high-speed steel tools include conventional heat treatment technology, surface coating technology and Laser surface treatment technology, analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of strengthening, pointed out that the focus of the future work is to optimize the current technology parameters, improve equipment, in order to achieve high quality, high efficiency, low-cost processing goals, while maneuverability , Cost-effective high-speed steel cutting tool reinforcement technology is the focus of today's research workers. The combination of a variety of processing technologies to form a composite reinforcement technology, make full use of their own characteristics, complement each other to achieve the best treatment effect, will be the future of high-speed steel cutting tool toughening new ideas.
