偏心联轴器是一种新型的联轴器,它的最大特点是结构简单,轴向尺寸很小,而偏心量却很大。这一点是万向联轴节所不及的。偏心联轴器用于传动装置和工作部件可作相对移动的场合。一、偏心联轴器的结构和原理偏心联轴器是由前后两个法兰、一个中间盘、八个连杆、销轴及铜套组成。如图所示,前后两个法兰分别固定于传动装置的输出轴和工作部件的输入端上,中间盘分别由两面的四个连杆并用销轴装于两端的法兰上,连杆和销轴间是间隙配合,销轴和法兰及中间盘是过盈配合。
