本文以某机械加工车间BFZ-3000数控铣切机的铣切主轴电动机控制改造为例,从方案设计到实施,详细介绍了如何利用西门子公司MICROMASTER400变频器的二进制互联技术(Bi Co)实现其控制功能。并且改造后方案极大的简化了控制线路,降低故障率,优化了控制结构。
In this paper, a mechanical processing workshop BFZ-3000 CNC milling machine milling spindle motor control transformation as an example, from the program design to implementation, details how to use the Siemens MICROMASTER400 inverter interconnect technology (Bi Co) to achieve its control Features. And after the transformation program greatly simplifies the control circuit, reduce the failure rate and optimize the control structure.
