曲霉菌性气管支气管炎是曲霉菌在气道内定植及生长所致疾病的总称,主要包括侵袭性曲霉菌性气管支气管炎、溃疡性曲霉菌性气管支气管炎、伪膜坏死性曲霉菌性气管支气管炎、气管支气管腔内曲菌栓型等4种类型。该病在全身免疫功能损害并气道局部结构破坏的人群中多见。本文对曲霉菌性气管支气管炎发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗和预后,以及在常见免疫功能损害人群中的临床特点进行综述。 Aspergillus tracheal bronchitis is a general term for the diseases caused by Aspergillus colonization and growth in the airways, mainly including invasive Aspergillus tracheal bronchitis, Aspergillus ulcera tracheal bronchitis, pseudomembranous Aspergillus tracheal bronchus Inflammation, endotracheal bronchial aspergillosis and other four types. This article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Aspergillus trachea bronchitis, as well as the clinical features of common immunocompromised patients.
