目的:定量观察出生后大鼠海马结构锥体细胞层和颗粒细胞层的发育。方法:用体视学原理定量分析。结果;阿蒙角锥体层,尤其是CA1区,其细胞层数逐渐减少。数密度、面数密度和体密度逐渐下降,平均体积逐渐增大。齿状回内臂逐渐延长,至 P14天接近成年水平。内外臂的细胞层数逐渐增加,至 P90天仍有增加趋势。在 CA1、CA3、CA4区的锥体层和齿状四颗粒层中,数密度,面数密度和体密度按大小排序为:颗粒层>CA1>CA3>CA4锥体层。平均体积为:CA3>CA4>CA1锥体层>颗粒层。结论:出生后锥体层细胞数量逐渐减少,颗粒层细胞数量逐渐赠加,成年后趋于恒定。
Objective: To quantitatively observe the development of rat hippocampal pyramidal and granular cell layers after birth. Methods: Quantitative analysis with stereological principles. Results; Ammonian pyramidal layer, especially CA1 area, the number of cell layers gradually decreased. Number density, number density and body density gradually decreased, the average volume gradually increased. Dendritic inner arm gradually extended until P14 days approaching adult level. The inner and outer arms of the cell layer gradually increased, to P90 days there is an increasing trend. In the CA1, CA3, and CA4 regions, the number density, number density and body density in the pyramidal layer and the dentate quadrilateral layer are sorted by size: granular layer> CA1> CA3> CA4 pyramidal layer. The average volume is: CA3> CA4> CA1 pyramidal layer> granular layer. CONCLUSION: The number of pyramidal cells decreased gradually after birth, and the number of granulosa cells gradually increased and became constant after adulthood.
