加高脂血清对小牛主动脉平滑肌细胞的笫31代老化细胞培养两周以加强平滑肌细胞的脂质过氧化作用,并在培养液中添加不同浓度的亚硒酸钠,以VE作对照比较。结果表明,高脂培养的平滑肌细胞内过氧化脂质含量显著高于对照组,加硒剂及VE组,平滑肌细胞内过氧化脂含量均显著低于高脂组及对照组。不同剂量的硒剂显示出剂量效应关系。昆明种小鼠预服硒剂3周,然后用~(60)钴一次照射,继续服硒剂1周后测全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。放射损伤小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著低于对照组;服硒组则接近对照组水平。结果显示,硒通过提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性具有抗脂质过氧化的作用。
Adding hyperlipidemia serum to the aging cells of calf aortic smooth muscle cells cultured for two weeks to strengthen the lipid peroxidation of smooth muscle cells, and add different concentrations of sodium selenite in the culture fluid, compared with VE as a control . The results showed that the content of lipid peroxide in smooth muscle cells of high-fat culture was significantly higher than that of the control group. In selenium supplement group and VE group, the content of peroxidation lipid in smooth muscle cells was significantly lower than that in high fat group and control group. Different doses of selenium show a dose-effect relationship. Kunming mice were pretreated with selenium for 3 weeks, then irradiated with ~(60) cobalt once, and the whole blood glutathione peroxidase activity was measured after continuing to take selenium for 1 week. The glutathione peroxidase activity in the whole blood of irradiated mice was significantly lower than that of the control group; the selenium group was close to the control group. The results show that selenium has anti-lipid peroxidation effects by increasing glutathione peroxidase activity.
