从风口喷吹粉料降低铁水含硅量

炼钢过程少渣操作,要求对铁水进行预脱磷和硫,相应地要求把铁水含硅量降低至0.1%左右。日本川崎公司为了开发高炉低硅铁水冶炼新工艺,提出了从风口喷吹粉料抑制硅向铁水迁移反应的发生,因而使铁水含硅量降低,并在千叶厂2号高炉(1380米~(?),20个风口)进行了从风口喷吹粉料的试验。喷吹用粉料是CaCO_3(平均粒度0.012毫米,TFe0.02%,SiO_20.2%,S0.02%,Al_2O_30.03%,CaO55.6%,P0.002%)和氧化铁(平均粒度0.044毫米,TFe68.50%,SiO_20.46%,S0.002%,Al_2O_30.44%, Slag-free operation of the steelmaking process requires pre-dephosphorization and sulfurization of the hot metal, which accordingly reduces the silicon content of the hot metal to about 0.1%.
