针对企业制造/再制造生产决策问题,以企业利润最大化为目标,构建了企业制造/再制造的两期最优非线性规划生产决策模型,探讨企业在碳交易机制与消费者偏好共同影响下的最优制造/再制造生产策略,包括:最优产量策略、最优定价策略,最后进行数值算例分析。研究结果表明:消费者对再制造产品的偏好程度越大,企业越会积极地进行再制造生产,同时企业的利润也越大;企业的制造/再制造生产决策与政府分配给企业的初始碳排放配额无关,但是会受到单位碳排放量交易单价的影响。
In order to solve the problem of manufacturing / remanufacturing production decision-making, this paper constructed the optimal two-period manufacturing planning model of manufacturing / remanufacturing with the goal of maximizing the profit of the enterprise, and explored the influence of carbon trading mechanism and consumer preference Optimal manufacturing / remanufacturing production strategy, including: the optimal production strategy, the optimal pricing strategy, the final numerical analysis.
