本文在考虑转盘的陀螺效应的前提下,研究具有非对称截面轴的单盘转子通过临界点时的瞬态响应的非线性和非定常特性.文章依据分析动力学导出运动方程,再使用Bogoliubov-Mitropolskii渐近法,将它们化简为一阶微分方程组,进而数值积分求解.文中研讨了轴截面的非对称程度和静不平衡的初相角对系统稳定性的影响,计算了最大瞬态振幅随驱动力矩、外阻尼等变化的曲线,为动应力分析提供了根据.
In this paper, under the premise of considering the gyroscopic effect of turntable, the nonlinear and unsteady characteristics of the transient response of a single disc rotor with an asymmetric cross-section axis are studied.The kinematic equation is derived based on the analysis of kinematics, and the Bogoliubov- Mitropolskii asymptotic method, they are reduced to first-order differential equations, and then numerical integral solution.This paper discusses the degree of asymmetry of the shaft cross-section and the static unbalance of the initial phase angle of the system stability, calculated the maximum transient The curve of amplitude with driving torque and external damping provides the basis for dynamic stress analysis.
