光度法测金的显色剂较多,目前已报道的有甲基紫、乙基紫、结晶紫、孔雀绿、亮绿、亚甲蓝、尼尔蓝、罗丹明B、打萨腙、邻甲基联苯胺,N,N'-四甲基-邻甲基联苯胺和硫代米氏酮等等。其中以硫代米氏酮的灵敏度最高(ε=1.6×10~6)。由于金在地壳中的含量极低,而光度法又是野外地质普查中的重要测试手段,因此,寻找高灵敏度的试剂是有意义的。硫代米氏酮首先由Cheng等用作光度法测金的显色剂。我们设想,如果以活性更强的
