For non-small cell lung cancer patients with no neurological symptoms, 24 hours to 48 hours before surgery, a prospective study was performed on non-small cell lung cancer patients with conventional scans. There were 79 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 28 cases of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma, 36 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, bronchoalveolar carcinoma, and 5 unaltered carcinomas. Brain CT examination results: 5 cases were true positive, confirmed by craniotomy; 1 case was false positive, and biopsy was glioma. A total of 149 patients were followed up and neurological symptoms occurred within 12 months. Brain CT scans confirmed that brain metastases were false negatives. There were 5 cases.
