采用电炉生产高洁净度焊丝钢,其主要工艺难点是在精炼过程中确保脱氧效果良好的条件下控制钢中Si含量。通过选择合适的脱氧剂种类及控制其使用量,严格控制精炼渣中SiO2含量,优化脱氧工艺,降低钢中Al含量,以及改善工艺操作,减少精炼时间等措施,有效防止了精炼过程中钢水Si含量的增加,满足了高洁净度焊丝钢质量要求。
