目的探讨局部脑缺血再灌流后脑微血管内皮细胞表面表达的ICAM1参与的缺血性炎症反应。方法用免疫组织化学的方法观察大鼠左侧大脑中动脉栓堵2小时再灌流0、3、12、24、72、120小时脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM1的表达。结果大鼠左侧大脑中动脉栓堵2小时未见ICAM1的表达,栓堵2小时再灌流3小时病变侧脑组织微血管内皮细胞开始出现ICAM1的表达,12~24小时达高峰,并持续至72小时,非缺血侧脑组织微血管未见ICAM1的表达。结论ICAM1参与了缺血性脑损伤早期的病理过程。提示在缺血早期阻断ICAM1的表达可能有助于减轻缺血性脑损害的程度。
Objective To investigate the ischemic inflammatory response of ICAM1 expressed on the surface of cerebral microvascular endothelial cells after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of ICAM-1 in the brain microvascular endothelial cells at 0, 3, 12, 24, 72 and 120 hours after reperfusion for 2 hours in the left middle cerebral artery occlusion rats. Conclusion ICAM 1 involved in the early pathological process of ischemic brain injury. Tip early in the ischemic block ICAM 1 expression may help reduce the extent of ischemic brain damage.
