本文研究了各种化合物对曼氏血吸虫尾蚴寿命的影响。结果表明,保留在去氯自来水中的尾蚴平均寿命是10.5小时。在蒸馏水中如增加氯化钠浓度可延长尾蚴的寿命,在0.01M浓度时能延长到10小时;但更高的盐浓度则缩短寿命。在最适宜的氯化钠含量(0.01M)时,若加入0.003M~0.03M浓度的葡萄糖,平均寿命可延长到13~14小时。用Tris-HCl缓冲液(三羟甲基氨基甲烷盐酸缓冲液)观察了pH和离子浓度的作用。随着pH从6.4升到9.0,尾蚴的寿命从3.5小时延长到25小时。在一定的pH时,0.01M优于0.001M的Tris缓冲液。pH9.0时,0.01M Tris缓冲液中的尾蚴平均寿命最长,
In this paper, the effects of various compounds on the life span of cercariae of Schistosoma mansoni were studied. The results showed that the average life expectancy of cercariae retained in dechlorinated tap water was 10.5 hours. Increasing the sodium chloride concentration in distilled water prolongs the lifespan of cercariae, prolonging to 10 hours at 0.01 M concentration; however, higher salt concentrations shorten the longevity. At the most appropriate sodium chloride content (0.01M), if the concentration of glucose 0.003M ~ 0.03M added, the average life expectancy can be extended to 13 to 14 hours. The effect of pH and ion concentration was observed with Tris-HCl buffer (Tris buffer). As pH rose from 6.4 to 9.0, cercariae’s lifespan extended from 3.5 hours to 25 hours.
