为加快发展“高产、优质、高效”农业的步伐,成都市青文农业科技开发公司与四川省农科院作物所对优质稻新品种进行了联合开发。1993年8月11日,在文家乡召开了“优质稻新品种示范现场评议会”。出席会议的有成都市农委、青羊区农委、科委、科协、种子公司、区科技顾问团、青文农业开发公司和乡农技开发部等单位的有关领导、技术人员共20多人。省农科院有关专家也参加了会议。今年在文家乡大面积试种示范的优质稻新品种有 570、11111—2、9304、047和 572。这几个新品种的精米油光晶亮、透明、无心白和腹白、谷粒细长、长宽比3.0—3.7,外观和食味品质与泰国米相近,在1992年参加省农科院30个优米品种鉴评中,均达到部颁一级优米标准。
